Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
The bigsop is a fradulent website they conduct a contest for Rs.599 for getting apple i phone. they have charged 599 and further they have charged Rs.11999/- for a combo offer. in that combo pack contains two waste products (one zibronics tablet and watch) its worth only 4000/- but till i not yet received it. they credit the amount as bigsop points as i paid. but that one also i cannot use it. please do the needful to get my money back, and take a legal acctiion against the website and related company.
