"A" is builder. "B" is a just handling the "A"'s website related work [website maintenance, website promotion etc.]. "B" give reference of this builder's property to his friends for booking. and after 1.5 years suddenly builder ["A"] run away. This is shocking news for "B" also. Now all "B"s friend claim on "B". And They all have put "B"'s name in FIR. Now "B" 's intention was not a wrong then how can they put name in FIR. Can you please give legal advice to "B"? to get out from all this matter.

1) Since B acted on behalf of A, B has to first face the onslaught from his friends, who booked the flats, believed A due to B.

2) B if innocent has to prove he is not an accomplice to come out of the criminal case.
