Dear client jab aap ka cheque bounce ho jaye tab aap ko advocate through 30 din ke andar opposite party ko notice bejana hoga. Notice bejane ke bad opposite party paise nahi deti hai tab aap sec 138 of N I Act ke under court mai case file kar sakate hai. For any legal help call me
