Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Hello,

I got into a contract with Sulekha to receive leads for my business. The agreement was sent through email and based on the volume committed by Sulekha, I paid Rs180000. I never received the committed leads and have been following up with them for the last 3 months without any resolution. In fact one of their representative met us and told us that the numbers in the proposal cannot be met. Since then they are avoiding us and making us to run pillar to post for refund

I want to file a case of cheating against the company and also against the sales agent who provided the guaranteed leads commitment. I have the invoice copies and the contract document which was shared electronically.

Where do i register the complain? will it be my local police station?

Dear client first send legal notice through lawyer and ask them to refund of money. If they will not act per notice u can file case in consumer court or civil court. For any legal help call me
