Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I want to create a "Social Networking Web site". Where young male female can choose their friends and talk/meet each other easily by some terms & condition. Totally online base system. After certain time if there is any crime doing by any registered person. How can I get protection by law? Although there must be a terms & condition in the online registration form for new candidate to join this portal web site. Is it sufficient for law protection for my firm. What should be the primary step to create this type of company i;e papers, licence etc. Please Guide me.

Sameer Roy.

To protect you from any crime, you will have to authenticate users through their mobile numbers and mail confirmation at the time they register on your website. You will also state that users are required to verify the authenticity of users and are interacting at their sole risk.
