Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Dear sir/mam,
i have taken education loan in 2009 from bank of Baroda of rs- 485000/-, i pay my total money with interest to the bank but bank said that we not close your a/c till bank not get their educational loan interest subsidy from the government also not return my mortgage property paper till my a/c is not closed.
Kindly suggest me what can i do?

Dear client first send legal notice through lawyer and ask bank to give us paper and loan clearance certificate. If bank will not act per notice then file case in consumer court. For any legal help call me

1) The a/c need not be closed to get interest subsidy.
2) The bank can issue No due certificate which u should insist.
