Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I had filed a case AGAINST A COURIER COMPANY in the district consumer forum.Despite several notices from the court,the opposite party hadn't appeared in the court and thereby the Honorable magistrate decided the case in my favor and directed the courier company to pay the compensation within one month. It has now been more than one and half month but they still haven't paid me the compensation amount. What legal step could i take in this respect. Please suggest.

You will have to file a rejoinder in Court that the opposite party has defaulted on complying with Court orders.
