Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I own a flat in Golf view Apartments in Eldeco Infrastructure, Greater Noida. I was registered in 2005. Now after 11 years the builders i.e. Eldeco are asking for further payments from me as they have received a letter from Greater Noida Authority to pay them revised rates. What are my options.Thanks Pratap chandra Das

1) If the T&C so stipulate, then u hv to pay.
2) Otherwise deny and send a suitable reply in consultation with a local lawyer.
U may also file consumer case if there is any violation.
