Any forcible consent is no consent,immediately report with respective police station,on proper

representation police may take action,further you may take both civil& criminal proceeding

also register your written complain with the company itself immediately to make a plea.

Delay will be presumed you consented with free will.

You may file a civil suit in the local courts to claim damages for breach of contract, if any.

It is not a consumer matter. It is a matter rgarding employment laws. You may take both civil and criminal action simultaneously. No one can force for resignation. It is your fundamental right.
