Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I live in Gated community where a Stone wall is built as a periphery to the Layout and my house is adjacent to the compound wall.
This wall is damaged for vested reasons by villagers to move in move out of the layout, I continuously loose items kept in compound .
Builder is not responding what legal action can I take
