Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I've a money back LIC policy with the premium was deducted from salary after 4yrs money back benefit came with one premium deducted but it was pay and i've the proofs. I want to know it can be file in consumer court

First approach the lic company and put your grievance, if not heard then approach appellate authority and then file consumer complaint.
