Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
An order passed by District CDRF instructing Respondent/JD (LIC India) to pay an amount as claimed 1,00,000/ with cost 2000/ towards DH within 30 days. If the JD failed to pay within that time,can Petitioner/DH claim for interest even though the intrest not mntioned in order?
The amount was not a relief,it was offered by JD as double benifit plan.

1) U hv to again approach the court for non payment and claim interest for the delay.
2) Find out the reason for their non-compliance and send a letter claiming interest also.
