Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Hi i am a Photographer. Actually i booked a wedding assignment. I gave them everything whatever committed but one function's video could not be given because the memory card was corrupted and after many efforts i am not able to recover the data. For this, client has not paid me balance amount imfact they are threatening me for a legal case. Can you tell me that can they sue me for this? I mean it is a technical fault and was not done intentionally.
