Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Respected sir,
I am anita from Meerut U.P. I passed my 10 from up board in 2011. In 2011 in my marks sheet has zero marks in math paper and name, DOB etc. are correct. After that I attempt compensatory exam of math. In 2011, 2nd marks sheet provide by the Board, My name is not correct. For correction collage gives my both marks sheets.Now problem is that i have not any mark sheet. Collage says board provide U new marks sheet and board says where the old marks sheet collage do not provide the record of sending mark sheet to the board. what now I can Do please sir tell me. Thanks

2) If no reply is received file consumer case for deficiency

in services and compensation for mental agony.
