Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Hello sir,
This is ashish .i was file a case on nokia care .i won the case ,court ordered to give a new mobile but nokia didn't give me new mobile.now i am filing contempt of court.but some lawyers said me that in this case against party is nokia service centre not nokia india, you can't get any mobile so should not file the contempt. If this is true now What should I do.

You are right in filing contempt [proceedings against Nokia for not obeying Court orders.

Proper advice can only be possible when you show the order of the court. According to your statement you are liable for new mobile.
