Legal Question in Consumer Law in Pakistan
sir if a customer deposit cash in other customer account and after one day the depositor visit the branch he wrongly deposit money so is the bank responsibility they can revers cash?

if the bank has nothing to do with is wrong deposit, then No.
but if the actual account holder allows to do so. other wise legal recourse is the only option.
