Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Sir,
Secretary of my society has changed the water pipeline from terrace water tank to flats in my wing and other 2 wings, because of that pressure has become very low in my flat on 6th floor and MBMC is not having any approved plan of these pipelines as per their RTI reply, now how I can a action against secretary and prove that he has done wrong.

1) Complain to MBMC for deviation from original approved plan.
2) Discuss in the GB meeting of society and charge the Secretary against his alleged misconduct.
3) If failed, move a motion to remove the Secretary and complain to the Registrar.
