Hello sir/mam,
In india, Is there any section of IPC in favour of married man to file a case of mental harrassment against his in-laws family..?
2. section 320 of ipc explore the harrassment (Greivious hurt):- but is it available for married man for torturing by in-laws, wife and her brother to accept a illicit relation of her after marriage.
3. put some light on section-325 of IPC
plz help me out to find any section of IPC so that a husband can file a case against his in-laws and wife for mental harrasment..
