Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I , Sukhrajanveer singh S/O Daljit Singh , resident of NW- 167 , Vishnu Garden , New Delhi 110018 , would like to bring into your kind notice that one of our neighbor named Palwinder Singh of NW � 174, Vishnu Garden , New Delhi 110018 , has been creating serious unavoidable issues from long time . He always create problems , and use abusive language along with his wife . In a recent incident he mis- behaved with my Mother , and lately he even created an issue with me .
Moreover , He has placed CCTV camera facing our home and another CCTV that cover our whole terrace
He give threats to my family, lately he give a me threat over my life. He generally use language saying his brother in law is in High court and he has high profile contacts that he will use against us if we will cross question him .
Due to above mentioned problem , we are very tensed , please help us out by taking the needful action , we will be very thankfull to you .
Please give Suggestion.
