Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
wevsold out our two flats to our tenant and now they want to put a water tank on the top floor which is our property . can they do it or not because itsbour property and we are noyt in the faver to give them place to put their water tank and in future wevare going to construct that floor. . please help

1) It depends upon the T&C of sale agreement.
2) If u object how can they construct their water tank.
U hv to provide them space for basic amenities.
