In 138u/s can file case after time limit came to end,Assume notice time came to end 4/02/2016 we are unable to file that particular date after two day 138u/s case may be file against cheque dishounered company.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, you may file a case after the time limit citing valid reasons for your inability to file the case within the prescribed time limit of 30 days from the receipt of date of intimation of cheque dishonour by the Bank.
