Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Please advise me.I used hdfc credit card.last 8months bank my friend taken and used.and he was nt paying to bank ,so I blacked cc card.and as my strength I paying minimum regularly .and one some one came cc bank employees came home saying pay minimum.so I paid minimum first time his hand suddenly I forget to ask he is bank employee are nt.and am asking to amount my friend its not my card he didn't used my card saying cc card number change d and issued new one with new number after I blocked .safety purpose my card I was blocked fr unwanted use my friend ) now my position is very bad .one advocate notice email d me but am nt received,kindly help me sir wat should I doo .help me to from my life .issue. Invitation to conciliation as per provisions of Section 62 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 - ...etc this notes email me.Kindly help me.now am with back heack spinal card problem.Kindly hilp me

You should repay and settle your credit card dues to the Bank and close the card forever.
