Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hello there, My name is Ali. I have a website called Statsinfo. The question is that my website holds a panel called Donation/Investment. Assuming anyone would donate or invest in my website/company. Would that be liable to any tax/ any other questionable circumstance by the government?

Dear Ali,

If anyone donates any amount, it is advisable and recommended to apply for and obtain a Tax Exemption Certificate in the name of the establishment.

Obtain specific exemption from the Dept as in case of charitable trusts, TTD trusts etc.
