After borrowing money from someone , and no legal paper was made can they take court action

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes. If the opposite party has documentary evidence of having lent the money, they can still pursue legal recovery action by routing the matter through the Police.

Hi, A person who lends money can take court action to receive same. If there is no written evidence of money lent, and the other party denies, it will be a question of fact/evidence for the Court to determine whose evidence was more credible.
