Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Someone is calling me from India and saying they are going to cancel my passport and visa. due to non payment and I have to make payment today only. I am out of India but have cleared all bills in 2011.
one guy is saying he is lawyer- 09560028231 and one from embassy - 09599723380- this guy from embassy is saying he is reporting it to My residing country's embassy that I am a criminal and have to cancel my visa.
I am talking to bank guys at [email protected] and he is sending me the details.
meanwhile we are talking these guys are calling like 100 times to harass me.
Please suggest. Is this possible that they can cancel my visa? this is really stressing as they are coming to this after four years and without giving me time to sort this.
