what is certificate case? can housing finance company lodge certificate case?

Dear Sir / Madam,

To the best of my knowledge there is no such legal nomenclature as "Certificate Case". And you should check with the housing finance company what is the Certificate that they are referring to ... Share Certificate or Salary Certificate or some other Certificate.

Or is it Succession Certificate or Legal Heir Certificate that they are referring to ... please ask the housing finance company to explain.
