I have a cheque bounce case in which the cccused is a lady. She is telling that she will file a case for sexual harrasment againt me if i file cheque bounce. Once she had sent some love sms to me i foirwarded the same to her number and told her not to repeat its now based on this sms she is telling she gonna file sexual harrasment. Will it be possible. Can i quash it as she is trying to threaten me against this cheque bounce case
