Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I�m credit card defaulter. Bank's advocates sending a Legal Demand Notice to pay the amount outstanding within seven days. Otherwise they charged Section 420, 406, 405. Can they issue a warrant against me? Please suggest me what should I do. I'm not in good position to pay the amount.
