Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

dear sir.

I have one credit card total out standing amount is 40000 , last three months not able pay the monthly dues . collection agent threaten my relation and my parents. I clearly said him plz do the legal suit. but he is daily torcher phones and daily visit.

kindly do the needful support.

Paying off and settling your Credit Card dues and discontinuing the usage of credit card is advisable and recommended.
