Dear sir,

I have given 2 Lakhs rupees to my cousin through online money transfer.... The receipts are available... Where as he not paid to me any amount back.... Can i file a case against him with money transfer receipts... Please advise.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, you can file a legal recovery case against your defaulting cousin with all the supporting documentary evidence of your agreement, money receipts and follow up reminders for repayment and settlement.
