Dear Sir/Madam,

A company has an account with a co-op. credit society.We sold goods to the company for which we have the necessary documents to prove.The said company issued cheques of the society against the transaction but were dishonoured due to insufficient funds.Can I file a complaint under Sec. 138 of NIA, given that the cheques were issued from a credit society account.
