Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Dear Sir,

My brother is a small money lender and work as mediator between Money

lenders and his customers.

The problem arose when money lenders said and denied returning the customers belongings due to their late turned up.

Now my brother is in between both money lender and the customers.

He borrowed money from market and tried his best to return equivalent

money to his customers but can�t all customers.

His customers usually threatening him about their belongings as well

as warned her wife and my parents for police action.

What my family do legally?

Your brother is based in the jurisdiction of the Ajehora Post Office, Kheri District, Uttar Pradesh is engaged in the financing business as a mediator. Your brother should obtain a claim letter from all those remaining customers in Kheri who still have not been repaid.
