Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi, i am an employer and my company is not processing my PF whenever i ask nobody knows anything. Also, in PF they have taken out all the PF from employees salary, and has not contributed anything.

Kindly help me in the same

Dear Sir / Madam,

Deducting Provident Fund (PF) contribution from an employee's salary and not depositing it in with the Provident Fund authorities is a criminal offence and every Officer of the Company is legally responsible and liable for the lapse therein. If you have resigned from the Company, and if the Company fails to settle your PF dues, you may lodge an on-line complaint with the Office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in your City / State with a copy marked to Smt. Smriti Irani in the Ministry of Human & Labour Affairs, New Delhi for information and necessary action.
