Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

There are some FDs in Unitech Ltd. Now it doesn't pay the maturity amount. The case was in Company Law Board. But the company didn't follow the directions. So, the board dismissed all cases and told the registrar of companies to take further action. What should we do?

1) U hv to approach registrar of companies only.

2) The CLB is now enacted as NCLT with no powers for courts except SC to intervene.

You should follow up with the Registrar of Companies and SEBI to persuade the Company to repay and settle your Fixed Deposit.
