There is no temporary withdrawal. The suit will be dismissed as not pressed.

There are mode of withdrawal

1) Conditional Withdrawal

2) Unconditional Withdrawal

if you withdraw the suit unconditional, then you cannot file a second suit. Your suit will be dismissed as withdrawl.

In case of Conditional withdrawal, to bring a second suit, you have to seek permission from the court. Only if the court grants you the permission to withdraw teh suit with the condition to bring a second suit, then only you can withdraw teh suit.
