Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Nigeria

Goodday, I gave out loan of 2,000 usd on a certain interest but i am not a licensed lender just private , what Is the possibities of winning a case if there is any default because I just heared the court will not take the case serious and consider me as a lender and that will destroy the case ...pls advice .

Dear Sir / Madam,

In case of default in repayment of the loan with interest, local Police intervention and action is advisable and recommended.
