Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hello, I have an HDFC credit card and I could not pay the bill for5 months and the card got suspended and the total outstanding become 6times double than the actual amount. Now I have agreed for a settlement in 4 installments I have also paid half of the first installment for a confirmation, my question is will there by any legal case against me? And will it block me from going abroad?

Settle with the bank and pay. Obtain Bank No due certificate and acknowledgement having closed the a/c.
