Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

What if I have given PDC to the bankers from whom I have taken an education loan but am unable to repay shop since being unemployed but they are threatening for legal action against me what should I do to escape as I had paid for 4 post dated cheque amounts but am unable to pay the amount now
