Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi, I have a pending Vodafone postpaid bill of 1000 rupeese , I lost that sim long back and I have not paid this 1000 rupeese . Because there is lot of indirect charges and they are not even listening to my concern, Will there be any case against me or will it block me from going abroad?
