Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I'm RBL credit card defaulter. I ignored a legal notice from Bank's advocates asking me to pay the amount outstanding within seven days. I'm not in financial state to pay back the amount. Can they issue a warrant against me. Please suggest me what should I do. I'm very tensed.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I suspect I've already answered this type of query earlier but I will answer it again for the purpose of brevity. You should meet the concerned Branch Manager, discuss and sort out the matter, and take a letter from the Bank's Manager by submitting your letter stating the points mentioned in your query. Yes, if the matter is driven to Court, the Court can order the local Police to issue a warrant in your name.

Regards,
