Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Sir, I purchased a bike from Bajaj com and Bajaj auto finance was the financer of that, Loan amount was Rs. 33000 and instalment was rs. 1302*36 months, executive of bajaj wrongly did the paper work and emi auto debited did not start from my account, I ask them to do so and also mail to them, but they regulerly did that after 1 year, till 1 year they charged me some false charges of rs, 3100 for late fee , there is no fault from my side and they are not issuing noc to me, and now after 4 years there agents are threating me to lift my bike and to beat me, so i want to take some legel action againt bajaj auto finance
