Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
Sirs,
I had lent a small amount to a friend. No documents taken. However, i only have acknowledgement and messages exchanged for recalling the money. The friend has also committed in few messages to return and also asking my bank account, which has been submitted, but no response thereafter. But the money is not coming back. Kindly advise me if i can initiate recovery process, only on the basis of Mobile Messages, which confirms the money i have to receive. Also please let me know the procedure.
