Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi I am a student and i sold my bike to another person for 50k in november. The deal was fixed at 50k. He paid 44k and said that he will pay the remaining 6k by december 1st week. No middle man was involved. He paid 44k via bank transfer. Now he is just going in circles sometimes telling ki he transferred but there's some glitch and sometimes thatvhe will transfer again. But this is going on for over one month now. I have not signed any transfer paper and accordingly the bike is still registered on my name. All the msgs were exchanged on facebook and whatsapp. I have screenshots of whatsapp msgs and fb msgs are in my inbox. I also have few call recordings where he accepts and says he will transfer remaining amount soon. But he did not. What are my cheap and best legal options.
