You have to state your full list of liabilities bank-wise and then sit with a lawyer for a repayment plan.

First u have to contact every bank pending loan and if they agrees then u can. Else they might have register any FIR against u and if there will be any arrest warrant then u may be arrested even on airport. So be careful and first ask any of ur relative or appoint any advocate in India to findout status of ur all the credits and then come to India.
