Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
what if, after 6 month of longe of complaint (FIR) in 420 / 468/471 police not arresting the culprit !!! even bail of one of accused is rejected 40 days back from today ....police only having a single revert that they are absconding but we know real effort is not made !!! police making money out of of longed FIR !!!
Kindly sugggest what one can do !!

you may file an appropriate application in the court for the directions to the concerned IO/SHO to file the status report of the case.
