Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
we have been acquitted in 498A in the month of April 1st week in trail court(judge gave 90 days time for appeal), but the opponent started his appeal work from July 1st week to get permission from collector and further Public prosecuter sign in the month of august and filed an appeal before district court in the month of September 2nd week.
Now is this appeal valid..what are the chances to deny appeal under these circumstances
