Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Hi All,
My question is
In IPC 307 Case,
cross examination of Investigation officer admits that
He never found any eye witness.
All witnesses are victim's relatives and friends.
Though the place of occurance is in semi crowded area(near railway station) and almost 5 KM away from victim's home .
No Bloods , Bullets were found.
No seizure list of Victim's cloths.
Only on the basis of Medical grounds(Griveous), victim and his relatives statement the chargesheet is filled.
No Independent witnesses found.
Cross Examination of Informant stats that
He reached the station through XYZ Train at 7:00 PM and while walking through railway track when he reached at a point.Then the incident occurs.
Through RTI We find that on that day the XYZ Train reached the station at 5:58 PM not on 7:00 PM
Victim's father also filled Tiltle partition suit in the court. And to generate pressure on us this false case is lodged.
Are these materials are helpful for us in the matter of judgement.
