Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

Thanks for answer but i would like to know that if one time istagasa has closed with the comments of judge due to non proceding case is close should they reopen the case bi giving any application

Non pursuance of istigasa doesn't struck off the right of complainant to file another istigasa. If the file is closed by court even than a new istigasa can be made by complainant, & if the court deems it necessary than you will be called by the court to defend yourself.
