Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
I have application for Criminal Case Registration in FIA , which was forward by FIA to its one of Zone offices. Since December Zone office did not do any further action, since January they are telling me inquiry order will approve within two days but that never happens up till this date , From December to now it is four month since case come to Zone office and five month since I first register complaint. My question is , Is it possible for me to go to Session Court for court order to register and process the case as per law or any other legal remedy available.
