Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan

assalam o alaikum,sir medical report can prove that the victim is telling lies and his wound is from self inflicted gun shot .so in that case the lawyer can prevent the accused from conviction or not in case of under section 324 even in case of compromise?

Dear,,, as for as i have `got your point that

you are asking about the statement given by any person whether victim or accused is true or false, checked through any medical or scientific method ???

In our courts there is no such technique.

But if the medical report is clear that the wounds may be self inflicted,

than accused may be set free.

But when there has compromise been affected than there is no question going so deep in evidence.
